Finance Department: Strategic Plan Progress Report
Adrianne Harley, Assistant Secretary-Treasurer, provided a progress report to the Board highlighting achievements from the Finance Department's efforts to optimize resources across the district and the Finance Department's work advancing the Engaging Opportunities and Progressive Workforce pillars.
Facilities & Transportation Department: Strategic Plan Progress Report
Greg Forbes-King, Director of Facilities & Transportation, provided a progress report to the Board highlighting achievements related to how the Facilities & Transportation Department worked to improve the condition and performance of district facilities.
IT Department: Strategic Plan Progress Report
Steve Stobbe, Director of Information Technology, provided an overview of the 2025-26 achievements and 2026-27 priorities, highlighting IT’s contribution to all four pillars of the Board’s Strategic Plan.
Operations
Trustee Indemnities 2026-2030 Motion #5
The Board of Education recommended suspending a motion to suspend trustee expense reimbursements while a trustee is under censure, following further discussion of the Trustee Indemnity Committee's fifth recommendation.
Whistleblower - Annual Report
The Board received the annual Whistleblower Report and was informed that no disclosures were reported during the period ending June 30, 2026.
