Hot Lunch

Our PAC offers hot lunch as a fundraiser twice a month!

Our PAC uses an online hot lunch ordering system! There are no paper order forms available. Please order online!

To register for hot lunches: (must register each school year)

  • Go to and register your child(ren)
  • If you run into trouble they have a great HELP tab
  • If you are trying to register with two accounts (e.g. both parents want their own accounts) our PAC Hot Lunch Coordinator, Kiera Piket, will need to assist you with this so please call or text her @ 778-808-2114
  • The access code is USLUNCH

Payments: The PAC will accept cash and cheques (made payable to Upper Sumas Elementary School PAC) at the school office by the due date or you can pay through with your PayPal account. Payments not submitted by the due date will unfortunately result in your hot lunch order being deleted.

If paying by cash or cheque, there is a "print remittance" form in the payment option section that you must send in to the office along with your payment in an envelope labeled with your child's name and payment info on it. Loose money without student information will not be accepted at the office.

What if my child ordered hot lunch but is absent from school on the day of delivery?

Parents may pick up their child's hot lunch order by 12:15 pm. Orders left after this time will not be saved.
